Here are detailed Instructions

The 2025 High School Scholarship Foundation of Fairfield (HSSFF) application opens on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 12 noon.
The application will close on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 5:00PM.
As a first-time user in the application, select “Create a New Account.”
Important: Sign up with your personal email account, NOT your high school email account. Reason? We may need to contact you for information/follow up after the application process and once you have graduated.
After entering your personal information, click “I am not a robot” and then “submit”. You will need to log back in using the email/password you just created (be sure to save this password).
Once you start your application, you can save your work and return at a later time to finish and submit by the deadline date. We’ll repeat: BE SURE TO SAVE YOUR WORK.
Begin your application with the PERSONAL, FAMILY, AND ACADEMIC sections and proceed to the REQUEST section. We strongly encourage you to complete this before you move on to any other section in the application.
Very Important: Complete the REQUEST section to allow enough time during the school week for the guidance staff to upload and provide the documents noted below prior to completing your application.
Contact your House Guidance Secretary (use the email provided in the application for your specific house) to request the following documents. The guidance staff will then upload these documents to your application:
- One letter of recommendation from your COUNSELOR
- One letter of recommendation FROM A TEACHER (you will need to select one).

Once this is completed by the guidance staff, you will receive a notice to your email address.

You will also need to:

Upload the FASFA PAGE WITH YOUR SAI # from your application if applicable.
Upload your school grades/transcripts. Please submit the MOST RECENT TRANSCRIPT
Upload your college essay or write an essay in the essay section.

NOTE!

ALL sections must read “100%” in order to have a complete application.
Your request for the school forms must be completed, and all your forms must be uploaded and attached to your application.
Before you click the “Final Review and Submit” button, you can click on the “Preview Application” tab at the top to review your entire application and print a copy to be sure you have added all the correct information.

Submit by the DEADLINE of Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 5:00PM.

No application will be accepted after this date and time
